These babies require specialised medical care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Special Care Nursery (SCN). Sadly, each year 1,000 of these babies will lose their fight for life. One is too many!
This overwhelming and traumatic experience can have lifelong effects on the emotional wellbeing of these miracle families. It affects the entire family unit and without support, many families of premature or critically ill newborns simply do not cope.
Continued support for families right now is vital and Miracle Babies Foundation is committed to providing better, healthier outcomes for newborns and their families challenged by prematurity and sickness.
Our next Miracle Moon Walk event will be held on the 27th March 2021 and after an incredibly tough year in 2020, we can't wait to finally come together again in 2021.
Registration is $65 (Early bird $55, ends midnight 31st December 2020). *Kids under 12 are free.

Before you know it, the 27th March will be here, and you and hundreds of other Miracle Babies supporters will be walking together as the sun sets and the stars emerge. The 10km course, that starts and finishes at the event hub in the heart of the city, takes in Sydney’s most iconic city and harbourfront locations. You will see your city in a whole new light.
Expect there to be lots of laughter, a few tears, and most importantly the incredible feeling of doing something meaningful for another family – while having a lot of fun along the way.
