Virtual Miracle Moon Walk
August and September are Miracle Moon Walk months, and we’re inviting all Miracle Babies families and supporters to get involved. If you can’t make it to one of our physical events in Sydney or Perth, you can still be part of the experience by joining the Virtual Miracle Moon Walk.
Gather your friends, family, or colleagues, register your details, and start fundraising for a cause that changes lives. Choose any date across August or September, plan your route (with suggested routes available for capital cities), and walk in support of the incredible work of the Miracle Babies Foundation.
It’s a fun, flexible, and meaningful way to make a difference while staying active and showing your support for premature and sick newborns and their families.
Don’t miss out - let’s walk together, because this journey needs more than medical care, it needs a community.

It’s completely FREE to register, making it even easier to get involved - so rally your friends, family, and colleagues and take part together.
Begin fundraising and once you reach your first milestone of $150, you’ll receive your official walker pack to prepare you for the Miracle Moon Walk.

Fundraising
- After registering, you have the opportunity to personalise your own fundraising page and share your story with friends, family, and supporters. To get started, simply log in and customise your page here.
- Once logged in, click “My Fundraising” in the top right-hand corner. From there, you can make the page your own by updating the Campaign Name, adding a personal message about why you’re fundraising, and uploading photos that inspire others to get involved.
- Once your page is ready, share it far and wide - post it on Facebook, send it through email, or message it to friends and family. Every share helps spread the word and bring you closer to your fundraising goal!

Suggested Routes
The maps provided suggest routes which incorporate a ‘City Walk,’ similar to the events in Sydney and Perth. However, if the suggested routes are not suitable for the area you live in, feel free to create your own!
If you have a particular route you already walk each Tuesday, or have a scenic running track nearby, or even if you want to try something new - feel free to get creative.
Alternatively, if you need some assistance in forming a walking route, please feel free to reach out with your ideas. Our team would love work with you in getting involved.
We have put together seven suggested routes across Australia in Brisbane, Darwin, Adelaide, Melbourne, Hobart and Newcastle. You will receive a copy of each map with directions in the information booklet once you register as a Virtual Walker. For now, here is a sneak peek:
