In Australia, every hour 6 babies are born premature or critically ill. Babies born premature or critically ill can go on to face lifelong challenges and the experience affects the wellbeing of the entire family. These babies require specialised medical care and sadly, each year up 1,000 babies will lose their fight for life. One is too many!
Carson & Mikayla were 2 of those premature and critically ill babies. They came through and are thriving and thankfully no major long term impacts from the trauma of their early birth
The first 126 days of Carson & Mikayla's life was spent in NICU Every challenge thrown at them only made them stronger.
